Ballymakenny Road is a multi-unit residential development by Prop Chain solutions across several clusters totalling 650 units incorporating a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments & duplex units along with commercial retail spaces, creches & community activity spaces. The units are set out across several blocks with landlord access in multiple locations. For this project AMRA provided mechanical & electrical design services as required for apartment units, landlord areas, public lighting, and incoming utilities. We provided preliminary Part L & Part F compliance documentation along with final BER & BCAR certificates on project completion. Currently phase 1 is under construction and includes Cluster H & Cluster G totalling 115 units.

What We do

AMRA Engineering Consultants provides Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Design and Consulting services for commercial, industrial and residential developments throughout Ireland, with the ability to assist new building services design, retrofitting and building energy analysis.
