Adam Rogers
Engineering Director – Senior Mechanical Engineer
As a Chartered Engineer having completed both an engineering degree and a plumbing apprenticeship, Adam specialises in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Controls Engineering and Energy Systems, and is acutely aware of the importance applying engineering design correctly in the construction industry. Adam understands the value of functional and practical design that drives residential and commercial installations to the best effect.
Adam enthusiastically leads in house design operations, executes expansion, and corporate strategy. Adding productivity and innovation to the design team as the company’s signing professional engineer, while also using his background as a mechanical contractor to conduct site inspection and assist the contractors on site as the project progresses through construction.
Rachel Frasca
Associate Director – Senior Electrical Engineer
Rachel is a Senior Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the design, construction supervision and coordination of Electrical Building Services. Rachel’s role consists of working as part of the internal and external design team to ensure project delivery.
During Rachels career she has been involved in the electrical design for a range of projects that have included office developments, education,
Healthcare, prisons, hotels. In addition to project design she is responsible for cost control, coordination, attending meetings, liaising with clients, contractors and the other design team members.
Devika Nair
AutoCAD & BIM – M&E Coordination
Devika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism. She has over 10 years of experience in architecture, engineering & design and throughout these years has worked in different fields of architecture and services design, acquiring solid skills in the use of AutoCAD and BIM Modelling.
Devika has worked on various projects within architecture and engineering sectors. In these environments, she was responsible for the development of projects, including hydraulic engineering, electrical engineering, fire prevention, lighting design, BIM modelling and M&E Coordination.
Liam Hillard
Field / Site Engineer
Liam has a background in mechanical fitting and also electrical installations. As a qualified electrician & fitter Liam has completed two apprenticeships and is currently working through a degree in building services engineering on a part – time evening and weekend basis.
Using his 20 years’ experience of on-site construction and installation methods, Liam is currently operating as our main field engineer. Liam conducts regular site inspections on all our project construction sites, and also deals with M&E coordination and alterations to M&E design, communicating between the M&E contractors on site and the design staff inhouse at AMRA.
Keno Omaduvie
Junior Mechanical Engineer
Keno is a Mechanical engineering graduate with 2 years post graduate experience in engineering design. Keno is also currently completing a part time masters degree in engineering innovation and efficiency at Maynooth University.
At AMRA Keno is in the position of a Junior Engineer working under senior staff members, her role mainly involves generating detailed drawings & schematics while also working through mechanical & electrical design packages including equipment sizing and selecting appropriate plant and services for each project.
Grainne Reynolds
Business, Accounts and Finance
Grainne has a Bsc in Economics and has been working in finance and economics sector for over 15 years. Degree qualified through Dublin Institute of Technology and with experience working in the construction sector is in Ireland as well as North America.
As a Business & Accounts Manager, Grainne can identify new business opportunities and develop existing relationships within the construction sector while also managing the accounts department at AMRA.
Her experience and skills bring stable business platform to AMRA that helps drive our growth and adaptation to change in the industry.
