Planned Preventative Maintenance Program

A planned preventative maintenance report is a maintenance report and an equipment maintenance plan for mechanical, plumbing and electrical services in buildings. A review of existing equipment in the building will be carried out and recommendations will be made detailing the maintenance required to each piece of equipment including the frequency of service required.

The recommendations will be prioritized to enable the client to complete the most critical items first. A spread sheet will be generated listing each piece of equipment in the building and the maintenance period required as per manufacturers recommendations. The cost of maintenance will also be included along with a recommended service engineer and contact information.

As part of the overall maintenance program we would allow for an annual audit of maintenance practices within a particular building. During the annual audit we would conduct a building survey to review the condition of all major plant and services, we would also review the maintenance documentation which has been filled out by building maintenance staff throughout the year.
